Ubuntu 9.04を入れたLet's note W8(CF-W8)のスピーカから音が出ない問題 [Ubuntu]

## soundチップの確認
$ cat /proc/asound/card0/codec#0 | grep Codec
Codec: Analog Devices AD1883

AD1883を使っているらしい。
ALSA-Configuration.txt.gzの中からAD1883を探す。

$ less /usr/share/doc/alsa-base/driver/ALSA-Configuration.txt.gz

以下のようなmodel名が見つかった。

AD1884A / AD1883 / AD1984A / AD1984B
  desktop       3-stack desktop (default)
  laptop        laptop with HP jack sensing
  mobile        mobile devices with HP jack sensing
  thinkpad      Lenovo Thinkpad X300

しかしmodel名の中にpanasonicは無い。
この中だとlaptopかな？

$ sudo vi /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
## 以下を追加 (--> 失敗)
options snd-hda-intel model=laptop

--> 再起動してみたが音鳴らず。

model名をthinkpadにするとどう？

$ sudo vi /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf
## 以下を追加
options snd-hda-intel model=thinkpad

再起動したら音が鳴った！
